Google Sketch 2: Circles & Polygons

Step 5: Circle is drawn and placed in the middle of main shape. It could have done by moving the circle down.

Step 4: Additional circles, squares and arc are drawn on the large triangle.
Arc lines can be produced by selecting end-points and expanding the center of a line.

Step 3: Triangle is pulled up and in the triangle, the arc line is drawn in each side of shape.

Step 2: Triangle, Square and Octagon could have been produced. In the box on the bottom left, shape is expressed in s3, s4, s8.
If someone wants to create a shape with several lines, it can be done by putting s#.
